Our Philosophy

At PurpleRibbon Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd., we understand that the war against Cancer is not easy – not only does this disease take a huge toll on the patient’s physical and emotional health, but it also makes life difficult for their families. The situation is further compounded by financial distress arising from medical and non-medical burden. The challenges are amplified as no two cancer patients are the same, and therefore, each patient and each family needs a unique form of care and support.

We strive towards creating an ecosystem of trust and empathy and bring all the services and resources under one roof. We intend to blend care and empathy with technology such as remote monitoring devices, data analytics, etc. to provide world class care to the patients.

Determined to change the healthcare landscape of India and making cancer care affordable and accessible for the masses.

A corporate professional turned entrepreneur with a total experience of 19 years out of which last 12 years in own entrepreneurial venture Platinum One which is set up in 2008 along with 2 other partners which is into BPO, Training and Insurance Broking with an employee strength of 500+ and a combined annual turnover of Rs 25 Cr. Ratul is a certified Quality Assessor from QAI for the home healthcare standards and has last 2 years of entrepreneurial stint in running a geriatric care home healthcare StartUp venture. Ratul is married, and is an avid biker. He has covered whole of Bhutan in his Enfield and has a dream to ride through the silk route to Thailand from India. He is also a passionate foodie and love to cook non-veg dishes. His dream is to create the largest network of cancer care facility for any treatment that can be undertaken outside the hospital and which will be known as the gold standard of cancer treatment.

Margaret Jagtap
Head Nurse
Margaret is a retired Chief Matron from Railway Hospital, Mumbai and she has worked in the medical field for over 42 years.
She finds her knowledge and experience still afresh. Her profession has provided exposure to opportunities like serving during Bhopal gas tragedy as a volunteer nurse. She is an enthusiast and always strive to remain on the run. She believes in serving and her profession supports the same. On a personal level, she has been actively supporting Help Age India regularly and other organizations whenever possible. She has provided counselling on a voluntary basis through Church. She also dream of sponsoring the education of an orphan child soon. Her hobbies are traveling, badminton and cooking.
Urvi Shah

Urvi loves to challenge herself each day and set new goals. She is a mother of a 2 year old princess.

She is a mother of a 2 year old princess.After taking few years of break from career post marriage, she gave a kickstart to her career a year back and presently she is loving every bit of it ! She is extremely passionate about her work. Urvi loves to help people and guide them in right direction. She love to travel, socialize, watch movies, listen music and love to cook. Working in an oncology specialized Company and coming from a family where cancer has been a history, her future goals is to impact the lives of cancer patient in a broaderspectrum and want to contribute to the society with all her skill set that she is developing and learning each day.
Amrita M Pany
Head – Strategic Alliances
14 years of experience in entailing Retail Sales, Distribution Strategy, Relationship Management, Channel Sales, Product and process development in Insurance and Banking.
She has worked in various key roles managing Insurance distribution and sales for Reliance General Insurance, DCB Bank and Reliance Health. In her last assignment with TransUnion, she was handling strategic relationship and distribution business with banks and NBFCs.
MBA from National Insurance Academy School of Management, specialized in Marketing and Insurance, has an undying passion for new projects and innovation at the workplace. Adept at planning, monitoring, motivational, and team building activities to ensure achievement of pre-assigned business objectives along with chalking out sales strategies and monitoring execution of the same at PAN India level.
She loves to spend her weekends with Canvas, Plants, and Music. She is an untrained dancer, a foodie, and a solo traveller.
Amrita is very passionate and been wanting to actively involve in humanitarian projects and when she came to know about PurpleRibbon, she listened to her inner calling and decided to venture into the uncharted territory and join PurpleRibbon. This project is another step towards her goal to make people celebrate Life around her.”

Sibi is from Kerala and she has completed her B.Sc Nursing from Alvas college of nursing, Karnataka. After her marriage she came to Mumbai.
She is a mother of 2 and she is a big fan of BTS and likes to watch Korean serials and movies. She has worked in corporate hospitals before joining PurpleRibbon. Her ambition in life is to get into a role or position where she can help the underprivileged people in our society and make a difference in their lives. She also want to pursue M.Sc Nursing and she dream to be an entrepreneur in the medical field.
Ruchika Rajput
Patient Care Executive
Ruchika is a dreamer she is very ambitious and wants to achieve excellence in every aspect of life, and learn and grow from every milestone coming ahead.
She is a self-starter and wants to make a change in society and break the stereo system for women. She loves yoga, meditation and dance. She loves to serve people and believe humanity is a wonderful belief. She loves to see people smiling and happy and also wants to give hope to all the people who have lost faith in the existence of kindness and humanity.

Dr. Saima Shaikh is a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from SNDT women’s University.
She went on building up interest in area of clinical nutrition & also interned at King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. At Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai she has got hands on experience in dealing with nutrition for cancer patients.
Ms.Pranjal Dange
Psycho Oncologist
Ms. Pranjal Dange is a passionate and experienced Psycho-Oncologist having Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Nagpur University and done Observership in Psychiatry from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
She is currently associated with Asian Cancer Institute, Mumbai and ACI- Cumballa Hill Hospital, Mumbai as a Psycho-Oncologist.
Dr. Ankita Chitre
Onco Physiotherapist
Ms. Ankita Chitre is a bright and young University distinction holder M.Pth (Community Physiotherapy- Women’s health, Geriatrics, Industrial Therapy & Disability).
She has done her specialisation in Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. She is also a Certified Lymphedema therapist from Tata Memorial hospital, Mumbai. She has been associated with Asian Cancer Institute, Mumbai.
